WebJun 14, 2024 · Cisco 730 Headset problems. 06-14-2024 06:34 AM. I just bought a Cisco 730 Headset. I've installed the latest firmware (which took a log time to install comparing to other brands) this are the list of problems that I've noticed so far. Clamping force in the ears is too strong to the point of becoming uncomfortable after 10 minutes of use. WebUpdate drivers, re-install the app, and pray that works. I checked, everything's fully updated. OK but sometimes, every once in a while, uninstalling the app and then re-installing it fixes something. The only other suggestion is get a new headset. Ah I will try uninstalling and reinstalling, hopefully that works.
