As CGS noted, the only alignment that can be adjusted anyway is the tie rod ends for toe, and the cam bolts on the lower control arms, for camber. Spray it , pry it upwards and if it gives a hard time, insert a pry bar in the area where the bolt keeps the strut in place and pry it out ward and it will drop the wheel hub. Due to the change in geometry this could effect the static toe in the rear. In my experience though it generally does not.
