WebOn December 4th we followed 2 sailboats, Savage II and Off Islander , along the ICW for a while and waited with them for the Onslow Swing Bridge opening. This one was special; it is owned and operated by the Marine Corps and sure enough, the Marines were waiting for us to pass through before they did going the opposite direction.
